From all the applications we receive, we select the candidates that we believe best suit the position and Stork. To determine this, we look at motivation and experience. Once you have been selected, a recruiter will contact you to schedule a telephone intake *. If you are not selected, you will receive a written rejection.
3. First interview
In the first meeting we especially want to get to know you. Who are you? What have you already done? What is your background and especially why would you like to work in this position at Stork? You have the conversation with your future manager and / or one of your future colleagues. They know best whether you are a good fit for the position and the team. During this conversation we will also tell you more about what we do and you can ask us any questions you have.
4. Online assessment
Did the first meeting go well? Then we ask you to do an online assessment for some positions. This assessment consists of various parts, depending on the position. The link to the assessment will be sent to you by email. Based on the first interview and your assessment report, we make the final selection and you will hear from us whether you are through to the next round.
5. Second interview
The second conversation has several options. For example, we may have a second interview to go deeper into the content of the position. It can also be a click conversation with the team or manager. If you have made an assessment, you will have a meeting with our HR Business Partner and / or your future manager in which we discuss the assessment report in detail with you.
6. You sign up for a nice job at a dynamic employer, right?
Did you convince us in the second interview that you are the one we are looking for for the position and do you really like it? Then we would like to put the finishing touches on the i and make you an employment conditions proposal that suits your position. Congratulations! Time to sign your contract. Is your signature on the contract? Welcome to Stork! We start an onboarding program so that you end up in a warm bath.
