Our Graduate Programme offers a two year structured training and development programme centred on our operations function, whilst at the same time giving trainees a broad overview of all support functions.  The programme is supported by a specifically designed training (CPD) schedule and Mentoring from senior management.
If interested, please contact LearningandDevelopmentUK@stork.com.

The programme will commence in September of each calendar year.

The structure of the programme over the 2 years is:

Delivery Assignment = 6 month Duration Support = 2 month Duration

Here’s what our Graduates & Apprentices have to say…

Apprenticeships are a great way of up-skilling or developing new skills and knowledge areas. At Stork, we are highly focused on the development of our employees and the flow of new talent into the business.
Apprenticeships are available both in England and Scotland, however, they differ in terms of content, duration and delivery:

Meet some of our recent Apprentices ...
These employees have undertaken apprenticeships in our Offshore Insulation Apprentice Programme.

In 2019 we kicked off our first Offshore Insulation Apprenticeship Programme.  Stork in the UK, created a programme that enables us to recruit and progress the next generation of Stork insulators.  The programme allows us to create a consistent pipeline of talent moving forward that will help us to fill the skills gap that we see emerging within our business.

Over the next 4 years our apprentices will work on our clients' assets with existing insulation teams to ensure they become fully qualified insulators.
