We are looking for
Mechanical Integrity Consultant
As a Mechanical Integrity Consultant, you are responsible for optimising performance of Industrial installations in terms of availability, cost, safety and efficiency. To this goal, you develop, implement and improve installation management concepts.
- Analysing and evaluating maintenance activities and production interruptions so that improvement actions can be implemented;
- Analysing and implementing improvement potential to increase the reliability of (production) installations, reduce costs and prevent expensive maintenance and/or production loss;
- Advising the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Engineers regarding maintenance plans;
- Coordinate within the customer and Bilfinger organisation the processes in the field of maintenance and process engineering in terms of best practices, norms and standards;
- Coordinate projects within the field.
What do you bring?
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field;
- At least 1 year (preferably at least 5 - 10 years) working experience in the oil, gas or process industries in one of the following areas: Corrosion Analysis, Risk Based Inspections, Integrity Operating Window, Inspection Management, Thickness Measurement and Fitness for Services;
- Knowledge of applicable standards such as API 580, API 581, API 584, API 571 and API 579;
- Familiarity with at least one professional software application in the field of mechanical integrity. Familiarity with GE Digital is a plus;
- (Advanced) understanding of other players active in Asset Management, including roles of reliability, process safety, maintenance, maintenance stops, process engineering and operations;
- (Advanced) knowledge of preventive, predictive maintenance techniques;
- Familiarity with working in international project environments;
- Excellent command of the English language. Command of other languages such as Dutch, German, French and Spanish is a plus.

- A competitive salary of at least 6000 euro gross per month based on 40 hours and an attractive bonus scheme. We will adjust the exact salary to the knowledge and experience you bring.

Where will you work?
With our customers, who are spread across the Netherlands and Belgium and sometimes even beyond (Middle East, Southern Europe, Asia). We take your place of residence into account but expect flexibility from you. This means that you will sometimes have to spend a few days a week near your client. It goes without saying that we provide the facilities for this.
Our office is in Utrecht and therefore offers you the base where you can meet other colleagues and where your important consultations take place.
