Job Description Leman Execution Support Squad Mission Coordinator with Stork:

Purpose & accountability

 

The Leman NUI Mission Co-ordinator has the responsibility and authority to co-ordinate the execution of all maintenance, wells, operations, and modification activities according to maintenance activity schedule for a particular area or site. They will be a member of the Maintenance Execution Support Squad for execution of maintenance activities to sustain and restore the asset technical integrity, reliability, and availability.  The incumbent interfaces with all functions within the area and the company to ensure execution of maintenance activities is in accordance with the best practices and HSSE standards to meet business targets.

 

Principal Accountability:

 

  • HSSE: To act at all times in accordance with the policy on Health, Safety and Environment and execute all maintenance activities accordingly.  Ensure competence of Contractor staffs within direct line meet the requirements and are familiar with HSSE requirements.
  • Maintenance Execution:
    • Coordinate the execution of maintenance, wells, operations, and modification activities during 'maintenance campaigns' effectively within budget and to the required quality for the asset team and other functions for maintaining /restoring integrity and reliability/availability to achieve targeted hydrocarbon production.
    • ​​​​​​​Work with Turnaround and Operations on input to Turnaround planning and execution of maintenance activities during shutdown.
    • Ensure maintenance records are accurately entered into the CMMS.
    • Plan and manage area shutdown activities.
    • Adhere to Mission and TAR preparation milestones to assure scope delivery.​​​​​​​
  • Management of Change and Deviation Management: Liaise with Operations and relevant Technical Authorities in line with Global requirement on MoC and Deviation Management.  Monitor and control of deviations from planned maintenance activities for safety critical equipment.
  • Maintenance KPIs: Monitor and track Leman NUI KPIs that drive achievement in terms of execution cost, efficiency, and Integrity.  Promote maintenance execution performance improvement based on the KPI’s across all NUI clusters.
    Maintaining the health of the ME 2.2.5. AMS process for the NUI’s in the Leman Cluster.
  • Intent is to maximise value from the W2W vessels by clustering work using ME RP07 – Major Maintenance principles as a guideline. “Plan the work and work the plan” should result in healthy ME KPI’s (higher schedule attainment, lower cost, reducing trend in (N)FSR deviations, reduced backlog).
  • Facilitate changes via change requests, managing addendum scope in Network orders, and report out on the monthly KPI’s (Milestone KPI’s + ME KPI’s).  This to reflect on performance and start a learning organisation.
  • Maintenance budgets: Preparation, monitoring and support the control of annual budgets based on maintenance execution activities.  This includes control of commitments against these budgets in accordance with the Manual of Authorities.  Drive execution cost management initiatives where applicable.
  • Contract and Procurement:  Manage contracts effectively to ensure delivery of maintenance activities efficiently and safely.

Specific Requirements for the Leman Execution Support Squad Mission Coordinator:

  

Education & Experience

 

  • Industry experience and moderate experience within a similar role
  • Develops a pro-active attitude aimed at a solving issues and helping drive down backlogs, reactive tasks
  • Qualified to either B. Eng., M, Sc. or HNC in relevant discipline;
  • Competent in use of appropriate codes of practices, standards and relevant sections of statutory documentation;
  • Competent in use of design and assessment methods used within discipline;
  • Competent in use of analytical methods used within discipline and aware of theoretical background for analysis programs;
  • Competent in quality control requirements and quality assurance for engineering work;
  • Competent in design safety/environmental requirements, procedures and responsibilities;
  • Computer literate;
  • Knowledge of monitoring and controlling budgets with associated discipline maintenance activities.
